How to insert 600,000 sqm of tourism-oriented functions in a pristine bay with crystal-clear waters and teeming coral reefs? Can architecture be highly iconic yet at the same time blend in naturally with its breath-taking surroundings?
This project uses a “green anchor” strategy that sees over 70,000 of landscaped public areas extend like roots towards the ocean waters and create an intermediary ecosystem between the marine world and the upward silhouettes of the towers - mirroring the skies and blending into them.
