In this fifth and final iteration for a 170ha resort on the Vietnamese island of Phu Quoc, NDA develops innovative and comprehensive tourism products that are unique to the island, in order to attract visitors to the resort’s remote location: a 24h interactive leisure & entertainment core, a golf course and casino resort, a fisherman’s wharf…

This strategy results in a thorough activation of the area, increasing visitor flows and creating a unique tourism chain.

The “Mangrove Loop” name is derived from the city’s masterplanning concept, that relies on a strong urban shape: a green, circular boulevard that helps redistribute flows from the center to the new functional areas, bringing functions together and increasing the value of the land.
